Editorial Guidelines For Submitting To Our Guides

These editorial guidelines are designed to help you understand what we accept and don't accept for inclusion in our article database. Before you submit to our site, we'd appreciate if you'd read this page first. :-)

Exposure to your website, product or service is increased by publishing articles on relevant topics. Each article can  include your resource box and an unencumbered link back to your website.

As we have hundreds of articles submitted at any given time for speedy processing of your submission it is important to ensure you follow these guidelines before submitting your article.

Reviews of books, magazines or other products will only be accepted for books, magazines or products that appear on our sites. We do not accept reviews for 'business opportunity' or 'make money' types of products or services.

It is essential that we ensure our thousands of daily visitors a quality experience when visiting our web sites, and that relevancy is maintained for all sites.

• The articles that you submit must be your own work - You may not submit articles written by other authors and the content must be unique. No rebranded articles allowed, you must be the sole copyright holder for each article you submit. Articles written by a ghost writer are perfectly acceptable as long as they are being used only by yourself.
• MUST NOT be a press release, advertisement, sales letter, promotional copy, or blatant and excessive self-promotion or hype.
• No affiliate links! - The articles that you submit to us cannot contain affiliate links. It is acceptable, however, to include up to three links in your resource box at the end of your article.
• Use the resource box for linking back to your site - Articles submitted will not be approved if they contain links in the body belonging to the author. Please use the resource box to link back to your site.
• Please limit resource box links to 3 or fewer - Articles containing more than 3 links in the resource box will not be approved.
• By submitting your articles to us, you grant us the right to publish your articles - We may publish your article anywhere on our website, blog, or syndicate through RSS. We may also change where it appears, including the category, at any time.
• By submitting your articles to us, you grant others the right to publish your articles - Other visitors have the right to publish your articles on their websites, in their newsletters or ezines, and more as long as the article is left in the original state. This includes the resource box which provides you credit as the author of the content.
• Submitting an article in no ways guarantees inclusion on our guides - We reserve the right to reject an article submission for any reason.
• Articles must be spellchecked and proof read for grammatical errors prior to submitting - MUST HAVE proper English, spelling, grammar, punctuation, capitalization and sentence structure. While we know there is a variation in what is considered "proper English", we ask that you at least be consistent within your article. Your article must also be proofed and double checked for accuracy. If English is your second language -- we strongly suggest that you have it proofed by someone who has English as their native tongue before submitting your articles to us.
We reserve the right to re-classify your article in a topic category that may be more suitable than originally submitted.
• You acknowledge that we do not pay for submissions to our directory and we do not require publishers to pay you for their use of your article. We also do not charge for access to our guides, (The exception is MPAM members that sell us their articles.
